Biography

Stephanie spent most of her life in Illinois before moving to Florida to attend law school and now resides in Naples, Florida. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of Law Review, graduated magna cum laude, and received the St. Thomas Fuller Tuition Scholarship along with other academic awards.

Outside of her legal practice, Stephanie trains for and competes in Spartan races and enjoys biking, hiking, and taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful weather.

Experience

Stephanie A. Giagnorio is an experienced insurance coverage attorney who represents policyholders in insurance claims and coverage disputes nationwide. She litigates matters in multiple state and federal jurisdictions and advises clients on insurance claim recovery under a wide variety of policies, including general liability, builder’s risk, commercial property, homeowners, crime and cyber, employer’s liability, directors and officers, environmental, and professional liability.

Prior to joining SDV Fenchurch, Stephanie practiced general civil litigation, routinely handling insurance and contract disputes. She now focuses exclusively on policyholder representation, advising clients on risk management strategies and advocating to maximize insurance claim recovery. Her litigation practice has successfully resolved disputes at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.

Stephanie is also a member of SDV Fenchurch’s Disaster Recovery Group, where she assists businesses and individuals with insurance claims arising from natural disasters. She regularly publishes articles on insurance coverage issues, legislative updates, and major court decisions and frequently speaks on insurance topics at industry conferences throughout the country.
