Pablo Wesolowski Valle

Pablo Wesolowski Valle is a Partner with extensive international and corporate experience in the insurance sector. He holds the Level 1 Certification—the highest qualification for insurance distribution in Spain—qualifying him to lead distribution activities and provide expert advice for any insurance distributor. Furthermore, he shares his knowledge as a Lecturer at the College of Insurance Brokers of Madrid (Colegio de Mediadores de Seguros), teaching Level 1 students in the field of insurance distribution. Currently, he also serves in institutional governance capacities as a Board Member and Head of Distribution for several (re)insurance brokers.

Prior to his current role, Pablo spent eight years at AIG, holding various positions within the Legal Department across Spain and Portugal, alongside regional and international corporate roles. During his tenure, he was responsible for ensuring the Spanish branch’s full compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks, and he accumulated extensive experience in cross-border intra-group mergers within AIG’s European operations, specifically managing the legal requirements for establishing branches in Spain.
