Morten Christensen

Morten was admitted to the Bar in 1997, admitted to The Supreme Court in 2002. For the last 25 years Morten’s focus has been on complex, high-value Financial Lines, Property, Construction and international/cross-border insurance litigation.

Morten is a member of The Danish Supreme Court Bar Association.

Morten worked in his early as external lecture at The Danish Insurance Academy for about 10 years. Morten is often invited to speak at various conferences on insurance related topics.

Morten has over thirty years of experience working for the insurance industry within all sectors, including acting as the Assistant District Attorney for the Danish Prosecutor on white collar crime. Before starting SDV Fenchurch Denmark, Morten had a successful career at Kennedys, taking on the role of Managing Partner for their Copenhagen office and later becoming a Co-Managing Partner for the entire EMEA region.

Morten has been instructed in some of the biggest and most complex D&O, IPO, PI and property/catastrophic injury claims.
