Biography

María holds a Law degree from Centro Universitario Villanueva, complemented by a Diploma in International Relations. She also obtained a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from the University of Navarra. Since September 2024, María has also been teaching Civil Procedure at Universidad Villanueva.

Experience

Prior to joining SDV Fenchurch Wesolowski, María was a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department at a leading international law firm. She joined Wesolowski Abogados’ Litigation and Arbitration Department in July 2022, where she advises policyholders and insured clients on a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes, in particular in civil liability, property damage, surety, life and health insurance, large risks, Directors’ and Officers’ (D&O) liability, and other insurance-related matters.
