Biography

Kiley Stackpole is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Connecticut office, where she focuses on securing insurance coverage for commercial policyholders. Her practice focuses on maximizing insurance recovery under a wide range of commercial insurance policies and advising clients on insurance coverage issues.
Kiley began her career with SDV Fenchurch through the firm’s Summer Associate Program and continued with the firm as a Law Clerk while attending law school. Prior to focusing her practice on policyholder insurance coverage, Kiley gained experience in insurance defense and general civil litigation, giving her valuable insight into insurer claim handling and litigation strategy.

Experience

Kiley earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and in the top 5% of her class. She was recognized as an Academic Invitee of the Quinnipiac Law Review, where she served as a Publication Editor. During her law school career, Kiley earned Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards in Property Law and Juvenile Law, as well as the awards for Excellence in Written Advocacy and Academic Excellence.

Kiley has contributed to the insurance coverage field through legal publications. She co-authored Insurance Issues in Constructing Data Centers – A GC’s Perspective in connection with the 2026 AGC Surety Bonding & Construction Risk Management Conference. She also authored materials on legal ethics for the National Business Institute’s Connecticut Personal Injury Boot Camp. In addition, Kiley has contributed to the firm’s annual Top 10 Cases of the Year publication, providing analysis of significant insurance coverage decisions and emerging legal developments impacting policyholders.
