Joséphine Brenet

Joséphine Brenet is an Associate specialising in coverage disputes, with a practice focused on insurance and commercial pre-litigation and litigation matters. Joséphine regularly assists policyholders with insurance policy analysis, the appointment of technical experts and loss adjusters, coverage negotiations, and insurance coverage disputes. She advises policyholders across a broad range of insurance lines, including property damage, directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O), product recall, professional liability, business interruption, construction, and general liability insurance.

Prior to joining CLIR Fenchurch, Joséphine practised as a commercial litigation and insurance lawyer at a UK law firm in Paris, where she represented insurers and policyholders in home insurance claims for private clients, as well as disputes relating to product liability, civil liability, construction, and personal injury. She has also completed internships with leading French and international law firms, as well as international insurance companies, where she worked as a Financial Lines Underwriter.
