Experience
While Noah has experience with both first-party and third-party policies, much of his practice focuses on complex builder’s risk claims. He has devoted significant time to analyzing “faulty workmanship” exclusions and other exclusions whose application depends on a nuanced understanding of both fact and law. Noah has experience in drafting dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgments and motions for judgment on the pleadings, and in the course of litigation, has assisted in developing high-level coverage strategies. Noah has taken and defended a number of depositions of various experts in connection with builder’s risk claims.
Of course, Noah is familiar with the importance and nuance of discovery (from opposing parties, third parties, and the client’s own productions) and has experience in analyzing voluminous information to inform litigation strategy and timeline.
