Javier Wesolowski

Javier holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Complutense University of Madrid and an LL.M. in Business Law, Litigation, and Arbitration from the University of Navarra. He is a Lecturer in Procedural Law at both the University of Navarra and Universidad Villanueva, and he holds the Level 1 Certification (the highest qualification for insurance distribution in Spain), qualifying him to lead distribution activities and provide expert advice for any insurance distributor.

Prior to joining SDV Fenchurch Wesolowski, Javier developed his expertise at the Madrid offices of two leading international law firms, focusing on litigation, arbitration, and corporate crime.
Javier represents clients in complex disputes across a wide range of insurance lines and international programmes.

His experience includes:
Financial & Professional Lines: D&O, General Liability, and Professional Indemnity (PI).
Technical & Industrial Risks: CAR (Construction All Risks), material damage, and business interruption.
Specialty Lines: Cyber insurance and other emerging risks.
White-Collar Crime: Legal counsel and defense in corporate criminal proceedings.
